
Inaya Wellness – Shipping and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Inaya Wellness. We value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience. Please read our Shipping and Refund Policy carefully.
1. Digital Products – Delivery
All digital products (including eBooks, guides, challenges, and wellness programs) are delivered electronically.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with a download link or login access to the course portal.
- If you do not receive access within 1 hour of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at connect@inayawellness.in.
There is no physical shipping involved for any of our products or services.
2. Refund Policy – Digital Products
Due to the nature of instantly accessible digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions may be made only in the following cases:
- The product was not delivered or was inaccessible due to a technical error
- You were charged more than once for the same product
To request assistance, email us at connect@inayawellness.in within 48 hours of purchase. Please include your payment receipt and a brief explanation of the issue.
3. Refund Policy – 1:1 Coaching & Programs
- Coaching sessions and wellness programs are prepaid and scheduled in advance.
- Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or no-shows.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Partial refunds for unused sessions may be considered within 7 days of program start, at our discretion.
4. Course/Program Access & Expiry
Digital courses or program materials provided via links or logins will remain accessible for a minimum of 6 months unless otherwise stated.
