About Jimit
Inaya Wellness was born from personal transformation.
Before health became my mission, I was a photographer in my 20s, capturing moments through a lens. Then a real estate developer in my 30s, building structures from the ground up. But when the pandemic hit, it exposed what I hadn’t been building, my health.
Like so many, I found myself facing the consequences of stress, poor sleep, erratic food habits, and a body that felt like it was working against me. But instead of reaching for shortcuts, I reached for understanding.
I educated myself, rebuilt my routine, my meals, my mindset. And as my body healed, so did my purpose: to help others as a certified nutritionist and health coach.
And Inaya Wellness is the platform through which I now guide others through the same path, from confusion to clarity, from symptoms to solutions.
